This is an Invite only event!! The location of the event will be named after acceptance of the invite.
• The Party Venue does NOT have an open door policy.
• Guest must bring Photo ID with them on their visit to the Party Venue (accepted items are a drivers license or passport)
• The Owners/Operators and Management or Event Operator on the night reserve the right to refuse entrance to the Party Venue without explanation.
• No Persons under age 21 are allowed in to the Venue under any circumstances.
Acceptance of the invite is noted after fees are paid and verified. Thanks
ALCOHOL:
•The policy on Alcohol is simply that you bring your Own. Do not bring more then what you can drink.
We Do Not Charge for the Bar Service if soft drink mixers are required.
NOTE: ONLY ALCOHOL may be brought into the venue you are not permitted to bring NON ALCOHOLIC DRINKS
DRUGS:
• We enforce a strictly drug free environment.
• Please do NOT bring / or use drugs of ANY kind on the premises.
• You WILL be immediately evicted if you are found in possession of drugs .
IF IT’S NOT LEGAL OUTSIDE IT’S NOT LEGAL IN THE VENUE
SECURITY:
• The Owners and Management or Event Operator on the night reserve the right to request that your bags may be searched on entry to and exit from the Party Venue.
ADULT CHOICE:
• All persons attending do so freely by choice and are therefore free to express themselves without inhibitions.
• There are no paid persons or entertainers.
• Paying an entrance fee or for Membership, simply implies that you wish to be in the company of likeminded adults and that you agree to our terms and conditions.
SOLICITING:
• Any persons found offering sexual services for reward will be immediately removed

After the invite has been sent, it is first come first served up to the amount of spaces available.

At times there might be a hot tub present. Please follow all rules posted. If you may or think you may have a medical condition that might prevent you from using a hot tub device please refrain from use.
DOOR FEES (SUBJECT TO CHANGE PER PARTY)
Single Males $120.00 - Men 21-25 $100– Couples $150.00
All guests must pay the admission fee at least 3 business days before being admitted to the Party Venue. We would suggest not waiting. Payment will be securely processed using PayPal. Your fees will be discreetly processed under Exclusive Accounts. This invoice will be emailed to you at the email address you provided.

The responsibility of the behavior of the guest inside and out the party venue rests with each guest.
RESPECT:
• The party organizers ask all attendees to please show the utmost respect for the venue and all persons present.
• Aggressive behavior will NOT be tolerated and will result in the perpetrator(s) being asked to leave the venue immediately.
• Our aim is to foster and encourage a friendly and polite environment where everyone is at ease and relaxed.
• If you have any concerns during your visit please advise the organizers immediately and they will deal with the situation with the utmost discretion. If you are asked to leave please leave quietly with pride and without hindrance.
• If you fail to do this your ability to attend other events may be terminated.
• All attendees are asked to arrive and leave quickly and quietly
PERSONAL HYGIENE:
• Please use the bins provided throughout the venue for tissues or wipes.
• A special message for everyone. Personal Hygiene is a must for close encounters of a "Third Kind".
TOILETS:
• Only one person at a time is permitted to use the toilets
• Any persons/couples/groups found abusing these rules will be asked to leave immediately.
SMOKING:
We operate a strictly NO SMOKING policy within the venue.
MOBILE PHONES/CAMERAS/RECORDING DEVICES:
• The use of Mobile Phones/Cameras and/or any form of recording device within the venue is strictly PROHIBITED!
• You must leave your mobile phone at the front.
• Don't even think about bringing a recorder or digital camera into the venue. Not only will you be prosecuted under the Privacy Act by the persons you photograph, you will also be prosecuted by us.
NO FIREARMS... EVER. YOU WILL BE SEARCHED AT THE DOOR.
DO NOT GIVE OUT INFORMATION TO ANYONE ABOUT WHAT GOES ON IN THE VENUE OR WHO IS IN THE VENUE. EVER!!! Doing this will immediately prevent you from all future events and all legal actions will be taken against you at your expense. This is a private party, let’s keep it that way.

WHEN YOU SIGN OUR ENTRY DISCLAIMER WE AUTOMATICALLY RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DESTROY FILM OR TAPES OR ERASE DATA FROM ANY DEVICES THAT ARE USED IN THIS VENUE. THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY SUBSEQUENT DAMAGE CAUSED TO THE DEVICES WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE OWNER OF THE GOODS. NOTE: YOUR PRIVILAGE OF ADMISSION WILL ALSO BE TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY!
